Ok the sex part was effing hot!!! Rawr!!! The family knowing what was going on and Luke blushing, awesome. I love Luke and Reid working together to save Matthew. And Reid going all out by calling specialist in from Chicago and Dallas. I think Matthew being Lukes patient is not the only the reason he cares so much.
