You guys, I am having like nostalgia panic attack. I literally watched two episodes of Queer as Folk last night and didn't sleep and even dreamt that I was nominated for a Grammy (I know, WTFBBQ?) but yeah it's overwhelming the nostalgia I feel right now.

Someone hold me.

Oh and this is only more incentive for me to continue nostalgia posts like ... right now.

I have had QaF sneak up on me a number of times, when I only wanted to check some scene and then suddenly found myself 4 episodes later, staying up late at night. Strangely enough, I seem incapable of an orderly and systematic re-watch.

So, until another ambush attack it is for me.

So glad I'm not alone in this. That's how it is though. You just want to check one thing and you end up going through a few episodes. I've been thinking about a rewatch since I've forgotten a lot of things that happened or things I never cared about or paid attention to. So, that'll be underway eventually. Until then, like you said it's just ambush attacks.

I wish I were home right now so I could grab some of my old discs to really continue. As it is, I'm at work so I have to use the resources available to me. I'm mostly writing things out right now, gathering, collecting, and I'm thinking I'm going to have this up later in the week.

Also, I've been wanting to start a major rerun for the past four months! And I'm totally scared. For whatever reason I have this deep-going fear that I'm in a too fragile state or something for the drama I know will triple thanks to my overzealous interpretation. *sniffs*

Maybe we could gear up for an official rerun? Like, we watch one or two episodes per week and then discuss them on our journals in some kind of rotation system? It'll be easier together, just like group therapy! <3

(I actually feel kinda bad about qaf_rewind... when I joined I was all hyper, but in the end I posted like, three or four comments tops. I blame that on the fact that they were already finishing up Season 2 when I joined. Meh.)
