Yay!! I'm so happy you two are doing this! I need some QaF. I miss it. Now I have something to look forward to this summer. I just wish I could rewatch the show as well... Maybe once I get the DVD player working again (those region codes are evil!) and convince my mother that she should rewatch some S1, too... I did watch the bloopers when my computer died, nothing like bloopers to cheer me up.:)
And somehow I wish I had that first time experience with QaF, but the first full episode I watched was probably 3.01 since that was the box that I was able to get my hands on first... Still, it's interesting to read people's experiences on this. I did watch the British version first, and I admit I didn't really like it. I'm glad I gave it another chance with the American version. I thought it was just...whoa. Which, for me, probably had a lot to do with the character of Brian Kinney.
Sure, Brian/Gale can't dance but what he can't do he makes up for with pure sexuality in his movements and that look of primal lust in his eyes. Can you see it? I can see it. I can certainly see it.:) And you know what? I didn't notice Gale can't dance until someone in the fandom pointed it out. I guess I'm shallow.:p

I used to adore the scene on the roof and "Proud"! It was such an amazing shot.
I actually thought the scene between Brian and Lindsay was the worst of the entire episode... There's just something...off there. I can't put my finger on it. It's awkawrd.
Love Brian’s drugged out state while Justin is smiling, happy, and going with the flow. That is still my favorite scene in this episode. I think it's so wonderfully silly and hilarious... 'Tick tick tick...' :D
