Productive internet evening.

• New picture on my profile page.

The picture is from my recent trip to the Philippines! It's a beach in my parents' hometown of Unisan, Quezon. We were visiting the home of one a Congressman (whose Aunt is a friend of my mother) and this view is right in his backyard. Jealous! I'm pretty sure I took a billion pictures in just this one spot.

It's a whole new journaly world! No new layout. I like this one. I'm keeping it for a while. Still working on fixing my memories page but I got a few things organized tonight and going to be working on tags. When you've had a journal for almost seven years, it's gonna be a challenge to tag every single entry. I used to write a lot when I was in college. Anyway! Looking forward to the task. You guys now how much I love nostalgia.

Tags...I recently noticed I need to go through my entries again and add some tags as well, I used so few of them, I never find what I am looking for.:| My LJ Memories are a hopeless case though. I wish there was a simpler way of deleting them...

Exactly! Tags are so easy to use but not if I have 400 of them and most of them only have one entry. Yeah, the manual way is the only way to go for the memories. Do you have a lot of them?

Yes, unfortunately, I have 1.149 memories by now. Not good.:| Especially since I am sure at least half of them link to deleted or locked entries.

Love the profile photo. At first I looked there and went "I don't see a photo of someone's backyard!" before realizing that THAT is the view from his backyard. Which, yeah, amazing.

I have way too many tags and my memories are organized suckily and none of my Oz fic is even IN my memories. I just.. don't even want to start organizing that. Ech.

lmao! Understandable. Sometimes I don't know how I phrase things or it only makes sense in my head. But yes! The view was so incredible from his backyard. I really need to get on posting my travel photos already.

I've been doing an epic, epic e-mail clean out that leaves me no time for anything else. I went from 4,000 and now I'm down to 300+ that I'm trying to get rid of. Next I'm going to tackle more journal related things and I wish you luck on any future organizing of yours! You have a journal around for a while and it takes foreevverrrrrrr to properly organize. :| Yet, I've been annoyed by it so I'm gonna do it.

You had *four thousand* saved emails??? That's... insane, my friend. LOL I delete emails as soon as I've replied to them so at least I don't have that hanging over my head. I really do need to re-do my tags though, and fix my memories, but it's just such a long process that I'm ignoring it completely. LALALA WHAT MESS? :D

Omg dude. I just never know what to delete and the format is different on gmail. I've tried filtering everything but then I couldn't see most of the e-mails! One day I'll find a method that works. Hahahaha no mess! You're perfectly organized. :D :D :D :D :D
