happy day off day, fellow americans!

I am lounging around in bed with absolutely no intention of getting up. Hope everyone enjoys their family activities and grillin' and all that fun stuff. I will be ordering pizza and watching The Twilight Zone marathon on Sci-Fi (sorry, never SyFy) while things explode outside. Happy 4th, everyone!

I always get blisters from my Converse. I wore them down to the parade and OMG massive blisters. I don't think I've ever had a pair that didn't cause blisters. So weird.

Yikes! That is weird. Maybe it's the ... material? I just realized mine are so worn down that I'm practically stepping on the street with no cushion. I'll still look around for other shoe options.

I have a pair of black sneaker Sketchers that I bought for another NYC trip in '05 that worked out pretty well. I should check out the Sketcher store.
