Here are some photos I took at the LA County Fair this past September. Imagine the warmth of summer for the people experiencing the cold. In return, someone send me pictures of snow. This heat makes me wanna punch someone right in the face.

Ooh, a deep fried Klondike bar! That sounds delicious. I've had candy bars and Oreos (and brownies omggggggggg) but never a Klondike bar. Was the ice cream still vaguely unmelted?

Omg was the deep fried brownie heaven? This was my friend's Klondike bar but it did look pretty melted in there! I guess that's what happens as soon as it hits the fryer.

It was gooey, fudge-y heaven for sure.

I know they flash freeze candy bars before they fry them, to keep the chocolate from just melting into the batter right away, so I was wondering how it would work with something that is already frozen. If they could get the ice cream rock hard it would maybe work, but then it might taste off? This is something I need to experience for myself now. Too bad state fair season is months away for us still!
