for the most sensitive among us the noise can be too much.

Well, not quite the new year over here in California. This is my final entry for the NaBloPoMo challenge. It wasn't always easy to do. Sometimes I just wasn't home to complete them before midnight and got them all in under the wire. Sometimes I just couldn't think of anything to say. But I loved the exercise. I loved writing down everything I was doing on that particular day and I had no excuse to not do it. I always had my laptop open and ready to go and all I needed to do was sit down and type. I don't know why that's so difficult to do sometimes. I used to write in a journal every day, I could certainly sit down and type.

I'm going to try to keep it up in 2014. I used to write in here all the time and I have many days remembered -- maybe some days I'd rather not remember but the good and the bad, they're all in here. With all the instantaneous social media these days, I guess it's hard to find the time to just sit down and think but I'd like to do that more.

So here's to 2014! I had a pretty amazing 2013 so 2014 better live up to all this hype. Hope everyone has a safe and happy new year!
