Happy Sunday, everyone!

I really miss watching Army Wives and Desperate Housewives on Sunday nights.
Or in other words, I miss seeing Drew Fuller and Gale Harold on my television on Sunday nights.
That's why Michael C. Hall is there to fill the void.
Oh. My. God.
I didn't really care much about anything this season but when Miguel's crazy started to unfold, Ellen's (er Jenny's girlfriend from the L Word haha) body was buried, and the final reveal of the bovine blood?!
DEXTER. YOU HAD ME AT BOVINE DNA.
Oh my god. Amazing. Can't wait to see how Dexter's going to get rid of Miguel. I mean, he's really gotta go doesn't he? If we could slice Lila then Miguel's going to be the next on the chopping block, literally. Can't wait until that happens because he totally, totally deserves it making Dexter reveal everything about himself.
I absolutely cannot wait.
Although, Deb is really, really starting to get on my nerves. It's as if the writers don't know what to do with her so they have her acting sad and scared one minute and absolutely bat shit insane the next. Can we fix her please? I liked her in season one.
I am so looking forward to Thanksgiving on Thursday. I have a half day on Wednesday and then movie watching for me! I cannot wait. I CANNOT WAIT.
Oh, and in real life news. I went to the eye doctor on Saturday and my vision changed significantly since March 2007. At least I know it now and got new contacts and everything. Although, my glasses are being held hostage and I need to get them back ASAP.

Date: 2008-11-24 08:18 am (UTC)Yes, he has to get rid of Miguel, and I CANNOT WAIT to see it all go down; the setup, the chat he has with him beforehand. Yes, yes, and more yes.
The bovine blood was some crazy shit! I did not see anything like that coming! I mean, not that I totally trusted Miguel, and from the start of this whole Miguel business I've been thinking that something was going to go down to where Dexter had to kill him, but whaaaaat is this craziness?
And only 3 episodes left? *sobs* What will I do without Michael C. Hall on Sunday nights?!

Date: 2008-11-24 04:10 pm (UTC)I really didn't see any of it coming! Miguel plays innocent and stupid really, really well. I guess that's a credit to Jimmy. We all knew Miguel had to go but we didn't really know how. I guess the writers know exactly how it's going to go down!
:( Three more?
I so cannot wait until next year. Although, not having some TV around on Sundays may be a good thing. I forgot how much having daily television programs take up the majority of the evening! L Word's back in January if that means anything to you, hee. Gotta see how that train wreck's gonna end.

Date: 2008-11-25 06:16 am (UTC)I've never seen Brothers and Sisters since I didn't start the series. I was afraid it was going to get canceled so I never started it. I have WAY too many shows on my plate to try to add it now but I'm definitely going to give it a try in the future!
I've just never seen it before so when I get a chance to, I'll try to check it out. :)
